YOUTH CLASSES
Duende Ensemble  (14 years + )

Why

Art gives meaning to reality: It's the way we understand the world & asks the most important questions about who we are as humans.

Stories told in theatre are magic portals to understand ourselves.

What

This is a regular workshop for children wanting to gain a general foundation in theatre whilst having fun!

We focus on physical theatre emphasising movement of the body in storytelling. Combining drama and dance, physical actions, movements, and expressions rather than relying on words.

Physical theatre can encompass many styles, including mime, clowning, dance, circus skills, visual theatre and other forms of movement based theatre.

We will also play games,  train our movement, build and manipulate puppets, create and perform with masks, learn circus skills and more.
